"Dear Chairs,
this e-mail is truly a call to participation, and I ask you your maximal collaboration for ensuring the success of a great opportunity we can exploit for all your members.

YEBN is a partner of EuroBio2008 (www.eurobio2008.com) which is THE biotech event under the EU presidency, to be held in Paris from the 7th to the 9th October 2008.
We arranged to have ONE HUNDRED free entrance for YEBN members to the Career Open Day (see attachment).
We ask you to maximise through your communication the advertisement of this event.

Moreover, our network will have a KEY ROLE in the event, as we should bring 30 active people from your organisation to the event, giving them a floor in the House of Commons event on the 7th October (see attachment) and in the BioDialogues.
Each of this people will be reimbursed for travel up to 200€.
It means that if you book now, you'll be entirely reimbursed for the travel.
These 30 people will have free entrance to the entire event.
It's a great occasion of visibility we cannot miss, as well as to stress our voice in Europe, since the participants will interact with the organizers in presenting proposals to the European Commission.

I ask EACH OF YOU to cotribute to this event, by sending in Paris at least three people.
It's really an occasion where we bet our reputation in Europe, and we must show our capabilities.

Please, ask me whatever you need to clarify the role and participation in case you don't find enough details in the attachments.
